Meet Chantel

John L. Scott Wenatchee's Chantel Nelson became a broker in 2016, but also has prior experience selling condos onsite. Before becoming a broker, she worked in commercial fishing in Alaska, and also owned and operated a studio that offered massage therapy, fitness training and Pilates. She specializes in equestrian and residential sales in the Wenatchee, Roslyn and Cle Elum areas.

When working with clients, Chantel's top priority is to treat them with respect and provide prompt service. She aims to treat clients the way she'd want to be treated, and this compassionate approach helps form a relationship of trust between Chantel and her clients. She is knowledgeable in the equestrian market as well as the area's school districts and boundaries. Chantel's work has been recognized with numerous awards, including John L. Scott's Rookie of the Year award in 2017.

If Chantel is near the water or anywhere outdoors, she's happy. She enjoys hiking, horseback riding, snowboarding and surfing (she's visited surf spots all over the world!). Her children play soccer, so she's often at the soccer field cheering them on.
